Attacker Nikola Jakimovski received his second red card of the season during today’s game between Borča and Javor.
Nikola Jakimovski started for Javor and played until the 70th minute when he was replaced by Živorad Mišić. Jakimovski was involved in a couple of dangerous moments in the 1st half but Javor could not reach the back of the net. First, in the 4th minute, Jakimovski had a good chance in front of goal but his effort was saved by the Borča keeper. Then, in the 41st minute, Jakimovski sent a good pass to his teammate Obiora Odita whose shot was also saved by the opposing keeper.
However, things did not go well for Jakimovski in the 2nd half as the referee handed him a red card in the 71st minute. Nikola picked up a yellow card in the 62nd minute and then while he was leaving the field to be substituted, the referee showed Jakimovski a red card. The match would eventually end 1:1 with both team scoring a goal in the 2nd half. In the fifteen league games during the first half of the season, Jakimovski made ten appearances for Javor and also collected two red cards.
