Jakimovski made debut for Javor

The 21 year old Nikola Jakimovski made his debut for Serbian club Javor during yesterday’s league game against Radnički 1923.

Nikola Jakimovski recently signed with Javor and made his debut during yesterday’s league game against Radnički 1923.  Jakimovski was given the #9 jersey and started for Javor by playing the first 45 minutes before he was substituted at the start of the 2nd half by Ifeanyi Onyilo.  Javor was losing 2:0 at halftime and eventually lost the game 4:2 against the newly promoted side Radnički 1923.

Jakimovski last played for Macedonian club Teteks but he was a free agent this summer and was looking to continue his career abroad.  He recently agreed to terms with Javor and made his debut yesterday.  Jakimovski is 21 years old and has formerly played for the youth national teams of Macedonia.  He grew up in the Makedonija Gjorge Petrov youth system and Jakimovski did spend a brief time abroad in Hungary with Ferencváros last year before returning to Macedonia during the 2011 January transfer window to finish the season with Teteks.
