In his first friendly since signing with Brașov, striker Baze Ilijoski scored a goal to propel the Romanian club to a 2:0 friendly victory over Torpedo Kutaisi.
The friendly was played in Turkey as both teams are holding their training camps in the Turkish city of Antalya. Ilijoski played the 1st half for Brașov and scored the opening goal in the 15th minute against the team from Georgia. Brașov then scored one late goal in the 88th minute to record the 2:0 victory.
Meanwhile, another Macedonian player scored during a friendly. Dragi Kocev from Lokomotiv Plovdiv was on target in today’s friendly over Svetkavitsa. Lokomotiv Plovdiv won 5:0 with Kocev scoring a goal in the 40th minute to make it 3:0. Dragi played the 1st half for the winning team.
