After the fifth league groups, it is now time to review the level above, the fourth league groups, which are more in numbers.

The Macedonian league pyramid on the fourth level is divided into 26 local football unions and each organizes a fourth level group of at least six teams. Two additional groups exist as Vinica and Radovish are not independent and belong to nearby OFS Kochani and OFS Strumica. OFS is short of Opshtinski Fudbalski Sojuz which means Municipal Football Union.
Each OFS is connected with one third league region. Winners of each OFS group gain the right for promotion. The promotion depends on how many OFS groups are active in each third league region and can be direct of reached by play-offs. Each third league region decides the format of promotion and sometimes OFS runners-up are invited to participate in the play-offs.
We present you the half-season tables in each fourth league group. Only 14 groups were up for competition, but one did not start. So, only 13 reached half-season.
Keep in mind that there is no relegation except for the groups of Bitola, Kumanovo and Prilep as they have a fifth level as well. The column next to the club named “from” reveals the city, town or village from where each club is. If this field is marked with / that means that the settlement bears the same name as the club.

4.MFL Kisela Voda
We failed to find the half-season table. We even contacted the participating clubs but none wanted to share it except Aerodrom who gave us their results saying that they do not have the full table. We also collected the results of Slavija via their facebook page or people who informed us. That’s why we have the record only for these two.
