Midfielder Filip Despotovski is training with Kazakh side Aktobe during their winter preparations in Turkey.

Filip Despotovski also played for Aktobe during today’s 1:0 friendly victory over FK Rudar from Montenegro.  Despotovski has been training with Aktobe for the past couple of days after arriving on trial.  Filip last played for Rabotnicki but wants to continue his career abroad.

Ukrainian side Volyn was also rumored to be interested but the 29-year-old Despotovski accepted the trial with Aktobe.  If he impresses during training and the friendly matches, then Despotovski has a good chance of continuing his career in Kazakhstan with Aktobe.

Filip is a defensive midfielder who has made 17 caps for the Macedonian national team.
