Striker Cvetan Churlinov had his contract terminated by Greek second division side Aiginiakos earlier in the week.
Aiginiakos released the following statement to announce the departure of Churlinov, “FC Aiginiakos announces the termination of cooperation with the footballer Cvetan Churlinov. The administration wishes good luck to the 27-year-old player who was acquired in the summer.”
Churlinov scored one goal in seven league appearances during his time with Aiginiakos. He joined the club this past summer from Macedonian side Metalurg.
Cvetan will now be looking for a new club during the winter transfer window. Churlinov had played for numerous clubs throughtout his career which has included stops in Lithuania, Greece, Azerbaijan and various different teams in Macedonia.
