Goalkeeper Edin Nuredinoski collected his sixth clean sheet of the season for Ethnikos Achnas during today’s 0:0 road draw against Anagennisi Deryneia.
Edin Nuredinoski continued his good form for Ethnikos Achnas by keeping another clean sheet for the club led by Macedonian manager Cedomir Janevski. Edin played from the start in today’s game and did not concede a goal for the sixth time this season in 15 league appearances. However, Ethnikos Achnas also failed to reach the back of the net in today’s game so they settled for a point against struggling side Anagennisi Deryneia, currently second from bottom on the table in the top division.
The other Macedonian goalkeeper in Cyprus, Petar Milosevski of Enosis, conceded one goal from a penalty in the 76th minute as that proved to be the only score of the game between Anorthosis and Enosis. The penalty was somewhat questionable but the referee pointed to the spot as Enosis was forced to play with 10 men since the 32nd minute when one of their players received a red card.
Meanwhile, Tome Pacovski has been in good form this season but conceded six goals in Beerschot’s 6:1 road loss against Standard Liège. Pacovski conceded three goals in each half as his club opened the second half of the season in Belgium with a heavy defeat.
