After more then 3 years and 9 qualification matches, the Macedonian national team finally won a match on the “Gradski” stadium in Skopje. The whole match was dedicated for Tose Proeski who died in car accident earlier on Tuesday.

There will be free entry to Macedonia’s UEFA EURO 2008™ qualifier against Andorra on Wednesday after the country’s government declared a national day of mourning for singer Tose Proeski.

Rabotnicki Kometal won probably the most important 3 points so far, by defeating Milano in Kumanovo. Now Rabotnicki leads with 23 points, followed by Vardar and Milano with 5 points less.
No changes in the national team
Srecko Katanec, the coach of the Macedonian national team, named the squad for the EURO 2008 qualifying match from the Group E against Andorra. There are no big changes in the squad for the match that will be played in Skopje on 17/10/2007 at 20:00 CET.
