The third part of the Macedonian First League started with the Round 23. As expected, Metalurg, Renova and Napredok managed to win, Vardar drew in Turnovo, while FK Skopje surprised Rabotnicki again. The round was completed with the big derby of Tetovo where Shkendija defeated Teteks.
