Macedonia ranked 56th by FIFA
According to the latest FIFA World Ranking, Macedonia is not part of the top 50 anymore and will finish 2008 on the 56th position after dropping seven positions from last months rankings.
Kostovski definitely leaving Vardar

Macedonian First League – Round 18
Leaders Makedonija GjP defeated Vardar and will stay on the top with seven points lead in front of Milano who were defeated away to Pelister in the last round of the 2008/09 season before the winter break. The season will continue in March, 2009.
Macedonian Cup – 1/4 final
Rabotnicki, Makedonija, Milano and second league side Shkendija will play in the Macedonian Cup semi finals. Title holders Rabotnicki eliminated Renova in the most interesting duel, while Shkendija made the surprise by eliminating Pelister.
Vardar’s players attacked by it’s own fans
