Macedonian First League – Round 8

In the duel between the current cup title holder Rabotnicki and reigning champion Makedonija the points were shared with 1:1. Sileks was finally defeated, and Metalurg noted their first win this season. Pelister defeated Teteks, while Renova and Vardar as expected, celebrated easy wins over Sloga and Milano.

Ljamcevski takes over Pelister

Naum Ljamcevski is back in Pelister. After the former coach Alekso Mackov left the club two weeks ago, yesterday Ljamcevski took over the coaching position. The former coach of Napredok, Tikves and several other clubs, is back in Pelister after ten years.

Macedonian First League – Round 7

Last year’s champions Makedonija used the current crisis of vice-champions Milano and trashed them with 8:0. Rabotnicki won important points away to Teteks, Sileks defeated Pelister, Pobeda celebrated over Sloga, while Vardar and Metalurg and Turnovo and Renova shared the points.

Macedonian Cup – 1/8 final

The first leg matches from the 1/8-finals of the Macedonian Cup were played today. Metalurg defeated Pobeda and Sileks drew with Makedonija GjP in the duels of the First league clubs and there were no surprises in the other matches.
