In the last round of the league season in South Korea, Stevica Ristić scored another goal to conclude a very successful stint with Suwon.
Stevica Ristić started as the lone striker for Suwon and played all 90 minutes as his team closed to South Korean season with a 2:0 home win over Jeju United. Ristić also received a yellow card in the 78th minute. In the 89th minute, with Suwon leading 1:0, the club took a short corner before a cross inside the area reached Ristić whose shot from close range went past the opposing keeper. Jeju United wanted offside but the assistant referee ruled the goal to be legit.
As mentioned earlier in the article, this was the 30th and final round of the domestic league season in South Korea. Suwon finished tied for 3rd place with 55 points after 30 league games. Since joining Suwon, Ristić scored a total of nine goals in 13 league appearances.
