The new season in the third league group North will start on 15 September. The draw revealed the schedule.

14 teams will participate this season as well. No team joined from the second league, but also last season’s champion Kumanovo stays as they lost the promotion play-off. Newcomers from the fourth league are 3 champions:

New Stars from Skopje (winner of 4.MFL Skopje)
Pchinja from Pchinja (winner of 4.MFL Kumanovo)
R’zhanichino from R’zhanichino (winner of 4.MFL Gazi Baba)

All of them managed to qualify through the play-offs with the 4.MFL Kisela Voda winners Studeniçan missing promotion. R’zhanichino comes back ta this level after 29 years, as last and only time they play in the third division was in the season 1995/96 when they were called Skopski Lozar. New Stars will also make their second appearance after playing in the interrupted 202o/21 season and withdrawing the next, while Pchinja will make their debut.

The new season will kick-off on September 15. At the end of the season the winner will enter a play-off for filling the second league, while the bottom three will get relegated.
