Newly introduced group Center started the new season on sunday with the matches from the first round.

Firm favourites for winning this group and getting promoted are Vardar from Negotino, the team that got relegated from the second league last season. They have the best squad and the needed financies for an express comeback.

This group features clubs from around the cities of Veles, Prilep, Krushevo, Kavadarci and Negotino. All of these used to be part of the South group, but from now on will operate separately. The winner will get promoted.
