Teteks is the biggest loser after today’s last round in the Macedonian second division. Pobeda will still have a chance to avoid relegation as they will enter the play-off with the five third league winners.

Sasa entered this last round from the worst possible position but managed to beat Vardar from Negotino with 5:3 and thanks to other results climbed on the table so much that in the end they ended up in the safe zone.

Osogovo had a tough task at home against runners-up and promoted site Pelister, but managed to take a comfortable 3:0 win against the unmotivated opponent. Osogovo also entered the safe zone.

Teteks traveled to Kumanovo to face Bashkimi 1947 and suffered a lone goal defeat, meaning that Teteks is relegated and will have to play in the third division for the first time. This team actually once got relegated, but stayed in the second flight as they bought the place of Labunishta.

Pobeda had a home field advantage in the last round, but hosted champions Besa 1976. That proved to be a very tall mountain to climb and the Prilep based team at the end suffered a humiliating 5:1 defeat. They have to thank Bashkimi 1957 for not dropping points to Teteks because in case of a Teteks’ victory Pobeda would have been relegated. Now, Pobeda will feature in the play-offs against one on the 5 champions from the third league groups. A draw will decide which team Pobeda will face with the possible opponents being Borec, Vardarski, Korabi, Vlazrimi 77 and Kumanovo.
