Due to the upcoming national team break the Macedonian top flight instead on Sunday played the entire round on Saturday.
Holders Struga gave Rabotnichki their first defeat this season. A lone goal scored in the 34th minute by Nigerian striker Kehinde decided the winner as the Debar Maalo visitors could not find the back of the home net in the rest of the match. With this loss Rabotnichki lost the table top and fall to the 4th place with 2 points behind the leading trio.
Vardar with new coach Goce Sedloski eventually found an opponent with similar quality. Not in form local rival Shkupi visited Vardar and in a very entertaining match with 5 goals allowed the Red&Blacks to record a win for the first time after Round 6.
Shkëndija in the new leaders, at least on goal-difference, after celebrating over Brera Strumica in a match full of goals. The spectators in Tetovo saw a total of 7 goals with the host taking a 4:3 win.
Gostivar smashed Voska Sport in the second half scoring four goals to grab 3 points and joined the leaders with Sileks also being there after the lone goal win over Pelister.
Tikvesh continued the run without a win, failing to defeat even Besa 1976 in front of its own fans. The match ended goalless, with Tikvesh now being dead last with only one win.
