Attacker Zoran Danoski has completed a transfer to Czech top division side Příbram after scoring three goals in three friendlies during his trial, one goal in each game.

The 21-year-old Zoran Danoski joins Příbram after spending the past three and a half years with Czech second division side Baník Most.  Danoski was initially on trial but after scoring one goal in three consecutive friendlies, he was offered a contract by Příbram which he quickly accepted.

After the transfer became official, Příbram’s official website conducted an interview with Danoski.  One of the questions was his thoughts on the transfer which led Danoski to say, “It’s a shift in my career.  I saw some games on television and Příbram plays some of the best football in the Czech Republic which involves a lot of combination passes.”

Danoski felt that he has the versatility to play several positions in attack, but he feels striker suits him best.  Zoran was then asked about how he deals with tall CB’s since he is not particularly tall and he responded, “I rely on my technique and speed unlike some other strikers.  Even though I scored one goal with a header in the prior friendly, that is rather a coincidence.”

Zoran was born in 1990 so he is still eligible to play for Macedonia U21 in the two remaining qualifiers for the 2013 U21 championship.  However, after the conclusion of those two games this September, players will need to be born in 1992 or later to be eligible for the next qualifying cycle for the U21 team.
