ZFK Nashe Taksi will host a qualification group for the Women’s Champions League this August in Strumica.

The Macedonian women’s champions Nashe Taksi once again will host a qualification mini-tournament for the Women’s Champions League.  Nashe Taksi is in the 7th group, along with PAOK from Greece, MTK Hungária from Hungary and Latvian side Skonto.

The winner of the group advances to the knockout phases.  Additionally, the two best runner-ups from the 8 groups will also proceed to the knockout round.

Nashe Taksi was in the same group with PAOK last year as well and managed to win the game against them 1:0, but only failed to advance to the next round due to goal difference.  Their opponent would have been Arsenal.  For this season, Nashe Taksi’s ambitions have risen and they will be looking to use the home field advantage to go through to the next round.

The group matches will take place from 11-16 August and will be played in Strumica.
