Dzelil Abdula in talks with De Graafschap

Shkendija defender Dzelil Abdula has entered advanced talks to join Dutch club De Graafschap.

Shkendija LB Dzelil Abdula who is also a member of the Macedonian U21 national team is in talks to join Dutch top division side De Graanschap.  There was an article today on De Graafschap’s official website that confirmed the interest the Dutch team has in Abdula.  The team’s sports director said Abdula should arrive at De Graafschap by the weekend if everything goes well and the talks are at an advanced stage.

Abdula will turn 20 in September and was recently summoned to the Macedonian U21 national team by manager Boban Babunski.  Abdula was expected to be the Shkendija starting LB this season but that now appears unlikely since Abdula is fully expected to continue his career in the Netherlands with De Graafschap.  This past season, the Dutch club finished in 14th place and barely avoided relegation in the top division.
