WCL: Sarajevo – Kochani 7:0

Disastrous second match for the women’s champion in the qualifications for the UEFA Champions League.

After the 4:0 beating by Finnish side Åland United, today Kochani face hosts Sarajevo, the champions of Bosnia-Herzegovina. The Macedonian girls were heavily defeated letting in 7 goals and failed to score, making only 5 attempts toward Sarajevo’s goal.

With this defeat Kochani is definitely eliminated. The last game against Polish champions Medyk Konin will be a chance to at least score a goal. The match will be played on Thursday at 17.00 CET.

In the second game of this round that was played later, Medyk Konin with the same result humiliated Åland United. Having in mind all the results so far, Kochani will be facing the strongest opponents in the last round.
