The U21 NT started with David Denkovski, Filip Aleksovski, Aleksandar Gjurkovski, Mario Mladenovski, Filip Antovski, Enis Fazlagikj, Agon Elezi, Tomche Grozdanovski, Arbi Vosha, captain Darko Churlinov and Mario Ilievski.

The opener was scored in the 15th minute when Ilievski headed home a cross by Mladenovski.

In the 30th minute it was Grozdanovski who netted from close range after Antovski sent a well placed ball from the left-hand side.

After the half-time break Damjan Serafimov, Georgije Jankulov, Martin Velichkovikj-Radulovikj, Viktor Krstevski, Besnik Ferati, Luka Stankovski, Jakup Berisha and Metodi Maksimov were introduced. Later during the 2nd half Florent Ramadani, Berat Kalkan, Bojan Dimoski, Blerton Sheji and David Kalpachki came off the bench.

The first goal in the 2nd half was netted by Bulgaria in the 51st minute though Dominik Yankov.

However, Macedonia responded with three goals. First, Metodi Maksimov completed a brace by scoring in the 65th and 75th minute after assists from Antovski and Berisha.

The final score was set in the 80th minute when Maksimov passed to Berat Kalkan whose shot was denied by the Bulgarian keeper and the ball bounced at Emanuel Mirchev who scoered an unlucky own goal.

It was a nice performance to complete the Antalya Cup after one loss and one draw out of the two first games. Blagoja Milevski now has a better view at the quality of the players. Before the qualifications of the new U21 cycle start in late summer probably there will more friendlies in June this year, so the coach will have another opportunity to screen the players and form the team.
