Young Macedonians managed to beat Poland in the first friendly match in the June window. In the 44th minute, Ilievski did well in the box after Peda’s mistake and scored. At the start of the second half, another mistake of the Polish defense, this time Pingot returned the ball to the goalkeeper Zych who reacted clumsily and Stankovski increased the lead. In the 84th minute, Borys managed to put the ball in the net after a great assist by Lewicki.
On June the 5th (17:00 CET), the Macedonian U21 team will play against their counterparts from Bosnia and Herzegovina in Konjić.
