The Macedonian U20 national team suffered a 2-0 defeat by the USA in a friendly match played in Blagoevgrad, Bulgaria. Our team played a quality and useful test against a strong opponent. This match served as a good check and an opportunity to assess the players who might compete for the U21 team in the future. The game was even overall, but our defense’s lack of concentration proved decisive, which will need to be worked on in the future, as both goals were conceded in the first minute of stoppage time in each half.
