The Macedonian U19 national team visited Malta last week and played two friendlies against the home team.

Both games ended in a draw. In the first one we took the lead through Leon Tashov in the 19th minute and the hosts equalized in the dying moments of the game while the second game ended in a goalless draw thanks to our goalkeeper Stefan Tasev who saved a penalty just before the final whistle was blown. This was the last check for this generation ahead of the upcoming qualifiers in November.
