U19: Macedonia – Slovakia 0:6

Macedonian U19 national team suffered a heavy defeat in the first friendly match against Slovakia.

Macedonia U19, led by Mario Vujovikj, hosted Slovakia for a friendly match yesterday and suffered a heavy defeat. The visitors completely dominated the match and outclassed Macedonia. With three goals in each half, this was a heavy defeat for the team that will host a qualifying group in October with the likes of France, Bosnia-Herzegovina and Liechtenstein.

Slovakia: Junas; Kupec, Sipľak, Grič (’67 Dimun), Kadlec (’78 Vodecký); Hromada, Zázrivec (’59 Lovas); Čmelík (’59 Kotrík), Polievka (’46 Matejka), Vlček (’46 Ujlaky); Vestenický.

Macedonia will have the chance to pay Slovakia back tomorrow, when they will play another match in Skopje.
