The Macedonian U17 national team visited Cyprus last week and played two friendly matches against the home team.

The first match ended in a 1:1 draw with the young Lynx conceding a goal in the dying moments of the match, while in the second one we provided a 3:2 win.
Given that these were the last preparatory matches before the qualifiers at the end of this month, coach Karanfiloski should be satisfied with the game shown, but he and his staff will have to work on the players’ concentration, especially in the last minutes, as in both matches we conceded goals literally before the referee’s final whistle.
