Two more goals for Hristijan Kirovski

Hristijan Kirovski scored two more goals for Apollon during yesterday’s friendly.

Apollon won the friendly match 6:0 over N & S Erimi from the Cypriot lower divisions and Kirovski scored two goals, with one coming from a penalty.  Kirovski has been the top scorer for Apollon during the friendly matches this summer and he is being looked at as a key player once the Cypriot league season begins later this month.  Apollon has many new players this year, including Kirovski, and they recently hired Frenchmen Didier Ollé-Nicolle to be the manager of the club.

Another Macedonian player who plays in Cyprus, Stojan Ignjatov, also scored a goal during yesterday’s friendly between Ethnikos Achnas and Iraklis.  Ethnikos Achnas won 3:1 and Stojanov scored the third goal for Ethnikos in the 88th minute.  Early next week, Edin Nuredinoski will rejoin Ethnikos Achnas after he felt betrayed by Russian club Rostov.  Nuredinoski said he signed a valid contract with Rostov but realized the club was playing games with him and did not want to make the transfer official because they were waiting if Stipe Pletikosa would become available.  After Rostov signed Pletikosa, they made an excuse as to why Nuredinoski was not signed.  Edin is considering reporting the matter to FIFA but will first talk to his managers before deciding on his next move.
