National team manager John Toshack announced the squad that will travel to Luxembourg for a friendly later this month. Boban Grncarov is the only new name as the central defender gets his first call up under Toshack.
From the last friendly against Albania in November of last year, six players were not called up this time in goalkeeper Martin Bogatinov, defenders Vladimir Dimitrovski and Vlade Lazarevski, midfielders Velice Sumulikoski and Mario Gjurovski, and striker Bajram Fetai. As mentioned earlier, the only new name is veteran defender Boban Grncarov who gets his first chance under Toshack.
