Timov with another goal for Impuls

Filip Timov continued his good form in Armenia with another goal for Impuls during today’s 1:2 road victory over Banants.

Filip Timov played all 90 minutes for Impuls and scored his third goal of the season in seven league appearances.  Timov scored the opening goal of the game in the 45th minute, just before halftime, to give his team a 0:1 lead at the break.  Banants then managed to equalize in the 52nd minute before Impuls scored the game winner in the 75th minute to take home all three points.

After eights rounds in the Armenian top division, Timov has missed one game for Impuls and that was due to the fact that he was on international duty with the Macedonian U21 national team for one scheduled match.  Impuls is currently tied for second place on the table, trailing the leader Mika by just a point.  Timov, who turns 20 years old next week, made his debut for the U21 squad in the Northern Ireland qualifier on 10 May as a second half substitute and did well during his time on the pitch.
