Treska and Madzari Solidarnost will meet in the play-off for the last place of the Second League.

The winners of both Groups of the Third League North, Treska in A and Madzari Solidarnost in B, will face eachother in the play-off. The game will be played on Thursday at the Zelezarnica stadion in Skopje. The kick-off will be at 16.30 CET.

The winner will join the other four winners of the Third Leagues that next season will compete in the Second League. Rufeja won the West, Osogovo the East, Pobeda Junior the South and Korab the South-West.
