Sulejmanov scored 3 goals for Rabotnichki this season, helping the club win the league title. The Rabotnichki triumph ended Vardar’s run of two consecutive league crowns.

For the senior national team that was announced today by manager Boshko Gjurovski, Sulejmanov was included in the final 23 player squad for the friendlies against Cameroon and Qatar later this month. Sulejmanov has previously played for the various youth national teams of Macedonia, and is expected to debut for the senior squad in either the Cameroon or Qatar friendlies.
