Aco Stojkov and Aarau were forced to settle for a 2:2 draw after conceding the equalizing goal in the third minute of stoppage time.

Attacker Aco Stojkov started for Aarau and played until the 71st minute when he was replaced by Moustapha Dabo.  Aarau had a 2:1 lead at that point against the table leaders St. Gallen but the visitors were able to salvage a point by scoring the equalizer in the third minute of stoppage time in the 90th minute.  Stojkov did not have any quality chances during his 71 minutes on the pitch as Aarau remained in fifth place of the Swiss second division with 23 points after thirteen rounds while today’s opponents, St. Gallen, lead the way with 32 points from the same number of games.
