Both Aleksandar and Antonio Stankov are currently on trial at Dutch second division side MVV Maastricht looking to secure a contract.

The Stankov twins, now 21 years old, are looking for a new club after parting ways with Oss, their club from last year.  They are now on trial to another club from the Dutch second division in MVV Maastricht, the 8th place team on the standings last year.

Aleksandar and Antonio have been on trial since last week and both played the 2nd half during a friendly on 14 July between Lierse and MVV Maastricht.  Lierse won the friendly 1:0 but Dutch newspapers reported that the Stankov twins will remain on trial this week as well looking to convince the team of offering them a contract.
