If Shkendija makes a miracle and passes Partizan, Genk will be their next obstacle.
Draw for Champions League qualifying round 3 has been made today. The better of the clash between Partizan and Shkendija will play against Belgian side KRC Genk. Considering Partizan has 4:0 advantage from first leg, it seems highly likely that the Serbian team will meet Genk in Round 3.
Other teams featuring Macedonian internationals:
Trickovski’s APOEL who have 0:2 advantage from first leg against Skenderbeu will play against the better of the duel between Slovan Bratislava and Tobol (Slovan won 2:0 at home, first leg).
Mitreski and Georgievski’s Neftçi could have played against the better of the match between HJK Helsinki (Fin) and Bangor City (Wal) but they will have difficult task reaching the 3:0 advantage for Dinamo Zagreb from first leg.
Agim Ibraimi’s Maribor will probably play against Maccabi Haifa (Isr) after they beat Borac Banja Luka 5:1 (Bih) if they are to keep the 2:0 advantage from first leg against Dudelange (Lux).
Goran Dimovski’s Dacia will have a difficult task ahead of them against Zestafoni who won 3:0 in the first leg in Georgia. If they somehow manage to make a miracle Hungarian Videoton or Austrian Sturm will await them in Round 3.
Goran Popov’s Dynamo Kyiv will play against Rubin Kazan from Russia.
