For the first time in the history of the Macedonian Cup we will see a clash between Shkendija and Rabotnichki in the final game.
Shkendija had no problems with Turnovo as they already had a great 2:0 lead from the first leg played on the road. They decided to rest some of their best players, but even with a combined team managed to grab a new win over Turnovo. The visitors also showed up with changes as they were aware of their mission impossible and decided to concentrate on the league games where they struggle to avoid the relegation play-off group.
For Shkendija this will be their third final where they will try to win the trophy for the first time since they were defeated in the previous two.

Due to the 1:1 draw on the first leg in Kochani, an interesting match was expected between Rabotnichki and Bregalnica. A brace by Altiparmakovski launched the home team towards their seventh final, while youngster Elmas cemented the 3:0 win five minutes from time.
Bregalnica failed to reach the final once again after coming so close. Three times they are eliminated in the semis, second time by the same opponent. Rabotnichki already has 4 trophies and will now go after its fifth.
