Seven winter signings for Sasa

Sasa from Makedonska Kamenica decided to make big squad changes in this transfer window by releasing 6 and adding 7 players. They have also promoted 4 youth players to the senior team.

After 14 seasons Sasa is eventually back in the second league. And they are determined to stay there. Currently the Miners are 7th, 3 points above the relegation zone. They will have a tough second half-season as will fight against Osogovo and Pobeda (Valandovo) for avoiding relegation. To achieve their goal they have made drastic changes to their roster.

The 7 signings are the following: Nikola Dimovski (on loan – Akademija Pandev), Gjorgje Gligorov (Turnovo), Ognen Lazarov (Sloga 1934), Darko Peshovski (Bregalnica Golak), Silvio Angelovski (Gorno Lisiche), Damjan Ivanovski (Studena Voda), Kristijan Jordanovski (Bregalnica).

Besides these seven, Sasa has also promoted 4 youth players to the senior team. Those are Filip Gocevski (15), Hristijan Nikolovski (16), David Kitanovski (16) and Mihail Janev (18). The youngest of these, Filip, already impressed on a test match against the youth team of Akademija Pandev.

To make space for all these signings, the board had to release some of its current players. Ivan Mitrov got back in his Bregalnica, Dragan Paunov went to Osogovo, while Riad Agushi, Zhan Manovski, Emil Runchevski and Zoran Zlatkovski are to yet to find a new club.
