Sedloski’s award postponed for November

On request by the player, UEFA won’t give the award to Goce Sedloski tonight, but instead it will be given to him on the friendly game between Macedonia and Albania that is scheduled in November.

Sedloski requested this himself because he wanted the ceremony to be held in the city of Prilep where he started his professional career. Macedonia will face Albania in a friendly game on 15 November 2011 in the same city.

The former captain of the national team has entered UEFA’s club of players with at least 100 appearances and will receive a special award for that. He started his career on amateur level at Bratstvo from his native village of Golemo Konjari before moving to Pobeda where he established himself as a great central defender.
