Makedonija GjP surprised and beat Gorno Lisiche on the road, 10-men Skopje earned a draw away to Vlazrimi 77, while Drita, as expected, trashed Napredok.
Three Second League games were played today, while one more will take place tomorrow. That was the case since 4 of the 5 matches this round were postponed due to the bad weather.
After Gostivar defeated table leader Shkupi in front of their own fans in the lone game played over the weekend, today Makedonija GjP did the same to Gorno Lisiche. The Lions only had 1 draw and 1 win (both against last place Napredok) in their road games this season, but managed to take the 3 points from the trip to local rival Gorno Lisiche. With two wins out of two games this half-season, Makedonija GjP is slowly but surely joining the race for the 3rd spot which leads to the promotion play-off.
Vlazrimi 77 was a favorite on paper to beat Skopje, but after 90 minutes the result stayed goalless. The visitors even played with 10 men from the 60th minute when Gjoko Aleksovski was sent-off, but Vlazrimi 77 failed to take advantage. With this draw, Vlazrimi is now equal on points with Makedonija GjP and dropped to 5th place.
The game in Bogovinje was expected to end in a home triumph since Napredok has no ambitions and we can easily proclaim that they will be relegated this season. Drita did their part by scoring 5 goals to record a big win.
Tomorrow, the last postponed game will be played when Kozhuf Miravci hosts promotion candidates Mladost from Carev Dvor. That will be the final match of this round.
