Last first half-seasonal round: 10 men Shkupi beat Mladost CD, Gostivar defeated by Drita, 12 goals scored in Kichevo, Gorno Lisiche beat Skopje with a come back, Kozhuf Miravci and Vlazrimi shared the points.
Leaders Shkupi just increased the difference at the top. Even with 10 men, after Ardijan Nuhiu was sent off in the 44th minute, Shkupi didn’t let Mladost from Carev Dvor to score a goal. It was 0:0 when Demiri brought the lead to the hosts 14 minutes from time. The visitors, although with a player more, at the end headed home without even a point.
Highlights:
Second placed Vlazrimi win a point on the hard road game against Kozhuf from Miravci. The visitors had the lead but only lasted for 4 minutes as the hosts leveled the score succesfully converting a penalty. Vlazrimi stays second mostly thanks to the fact that Gostivar and Mladost Carev Dvor didn’t win.
Gostivar was handed their fifth defeat by relegation struggling Drita. A lone goal by Jonuzi 14 minutes before the break was enough for the hosts to clinch valuable 3 points.
An unbelievable game was played in Kichevo where Napredok and Makedonija GjP managed to score 12 goals! The first half ended in normal result of 2:1 for the visitors, but after the break there was a total cannonade of goals. The Lions scored 7 goals and needed only one more to get to 10, but failed to do that. The home played added two so the game ended 3:9 with a total of 12 goals. Interesting is that no player scored a hat-trick.
Gorno Lisiche with a come back beat Skopje. After a goalless first half, the visitors took the lead 7 minutes after the break. Still, the Vulpines managed to first tie the score and then score a winner eight minutes from time through Pandovski.
The Second League now goes on a 3 months break with the second half-season starting in March next year.
