After 13 rounds, there are no more undefeated teams. Sileks for the first time this season felt the misery of defeat. It was Drita who used the home field advantage to beat the leaders with a lone goal scored by Valjmir Jonuzi near the end of the first half.

Second-placed Teteks seized the occasion to reach Sileks at the top. They beat Zajazi away, scoring two goals in just three minutes.

Miravci was a huge favorite at home against Vrapchishte, but could only claim a point in a draw. 15 minutes from time they eventually scored what was supposed to be a game winner, but later in the 85th minute the visitors tied the score. It is still unconfirmed if the goal will be credited to Fatmir Arif or be ruled as an own goal.

If Sileks recorded the first defeat, last ranked Lokomotiva celebrated its first win by edging Novaci 2:1.

Korzo clinched an expected win over Rufeja, 11 Oktomvri beat Tiverija, Borec once again disappointed its fans as they lost at home to Pobeda Junior, while Skopje destroyed Madjari Solidarnost 4:1.
