Dusan Savić replaces injured Bajram Fetai for the match against Ireland.

Bajram Fetai got an injury on his match for Lyngby when he had to be substituted in the 33rd minute, so Mirsad Jonuz decided to call another player on his place. Although when announcing the squad, Jonuz stated that if a player gets injured a substitution from U21 national team will get a call, still the coach decided to call Pakhtakor’s Dusan Savić for the match against Ireland on 4th of June.
