Neziri in action when domestic league players were tested by Boshko Gjurovski

Back in 2014, Neziri was called up by then national team manager Boshko Gjurovski for a training camp. Gjurovski wanted to test the abilities of the domestic league players to see if any of them were national team quality. Medzit found himself on the list. He then played in a match featuring those called up players (Gjurovski divided the team into red and white teams). Neziri, however, has not been summoned to the national team after that training camp.
