Macedonian football club Rabotnicki Kometal will meet English side Bolton Wanderers in the first round of the UEFA Cup. Rabotnicki will host Bolton in the first leg scheduled for Thursday September 20.

After eliminating the Slovenian Hit Gorica and Bosnian club Zrinjski, Macedonian league runners-up will play against the English side Bolton Wanderers. It is only the second time in the club's history that Bolton have been in Europe and in their first Eurpean match this season Sammy Lee's side with players like Anelka, Diouf, Speed, Nolan, Hunt… will play against Rabotnicki on the "Gradski" stadium in Skopje.

The first leg will be played on September 20 with the return fixture on October 4.
