The postponed Round 3 game between Renova and Rabotnichki saw the former side win 3:1 in Bogovinje.
Renova recorded its first win of the season against Rabotnichki. The game was supposed to be played in Round 3 on August 23, but it was postponed due to Rabotnichki’s involvement in the Europa League.
The match was scheduled to be made up last week, but the rain prevented that. So, it was played today. Renova took the early lead in the 1st minute through defender Nenad Mishkovski. Rabotnichki equalized in the 11th minute through captain Bazhe Ilijoski, but last season’s top goalscorer Izair Emini restored the Renova lead just before the halftime break. Bunjamin Shabani added a third goal early in the 2nd half to seal the win for Renova.
Rabotnichki has one more postponed game to make-up, from Round 4 against Mladost Carev Dvor. That date is still unknown, but it will likely take place sometime in October.
