The trio title challengers have hard road games, while also there are few interesting game for avoiding relegation.
Due to the Orthodox Easter, there will be no games on Sunday this round. Four games will be played on Saturday, while the rest two on Tuesday.
Leaders Horizont Turnovo are facing a tough road game in Tetovo against Renova. The hosts lost all of their chances for a place in the Europa League and are on 8 points from the relegation play-off zone. The first game this season between these two in Tetovo ended goalless. This time Turnovo have to win if they don’t want to lose the table top.
The two chasers are also playing against a Tetovo based teams, but both games will feature on Tuesday. Metalurg surely will have the harder task as the visit Shkendija who rarely loses at home. Shkendija can be relaxed in this game as have all their thoughts now at the Cup final. Vardar will play Teteks but in Skopje instead of Tetovo as the three Tetovo teams share the same stadium. Teteks is 6 points away from the direct relegation and unlike Shkendija, they aren’t relaxed although they are in the Cup final as well.
Drita and Pelister will play an interesting duel in Bogovinje, a match between two teams that are trying to escape from the relegation play-off zone. Currently Pelister is 3 points above Drita, but 4 less than Bregalnica Shtip who holds the last place in the safe zone. And that Bregalnica visits deadlast Sileks. The hosts are nearly relegated with only theoretical chances for surviving.
The last game features Napredok and Rabotnichki. Both teams were chasing an Europa League place, but failed. Rabotnichki with 10 points away from the relegation play-off zone is safe, while Napredok is on plus 7 and will try to equal the visitors.
Also all of the Round 25 games from the Second League will be played on Saturday.
