Potential internationals performances

Marko Markovski (R); photo: scorernews.grThis past weekend saw three players who originate from Macedonia score goals in Marko Markovski, Ivica Iliev and Philip Dimov.

Austria, Regionalliga Ost, Austria Wien II – Wiener Sportklub 2:2
Defender Philip Dimov played the whole game for the away side and first equalized the game in the 79th minute.  Moreover, he also received a yellow card in the 70th minute.

Croatia, T-Com 1. HNL, Lokomotiva Zagreb – Dinamo Zagreb 1:3
Defensive midfielder Arijan Ademi started the match on Dinamo’s bench, and participated in the last 15 minutes after replacing Ante Rukavina.

Besart Abdurahimi played all 90 minutes for the home team in this narrow loss.

Cyprus, Division A, Olympiakos Nikosia – Nea Salamina 2:1
Robert Stambolziev began the game on Olympiakos’ bench and came on in the 90th minute when he substituted Brazilian international Cesinha.

Pajtim Kasami was an unused substitute for Fulham while his teammate Alexander Kacaniklic came on in the 59th minute to replace Kieran Richardson.

Germany, Bundesliga, Werder – Hamburger SV 2:0
Aleksandar Ignjovski spent the entire game on Werder’s bench.  The allrounder finds himself in Serbia’s squad for the upcoming qualifiers and if he plays in one of the games, he would no longer be eligible to play for Macedonia.

Orhan Ademi was an unused substitute for Braunschweig as his team notched a convincing road victory against Aalen.

Greece, Super League, Xanthi – AEK 1:0
Marko Markovski played the whole game for Xanthi and scored the game winner with a header in the 58th minute to down AEK.

Poland, Ekstraklasa, Wisła – Polonia Warszawa 1:3
Ivica Iliev played on the left wing for Wisla and scored the home side’s lone goal in the 62nd minute with a right-footed shot.

18-year-old Marko Pavlovski made the start for OFK Beograd and played the opening 45 minutes before being substituted at the break.

Aleksandar Kirovski stayed on Crvena Zvezda’s bench as the #2 keeper.

Dejan Trajkovski spent the entire game on Maribor’s bench.

Dime Jankulovski was the starting goalkeeper for GAIS and conceded two goals in this narrow home loss against Kalmar.

22-year-old Dilly Duka got the start for Columbus and played until the 66th minute when Justin Meram took his place.
