Potential internationals performances

Some of the players who originate from Macedonia were active this past weekend.  Here is a recap of their performances:

Australia, A-League, Newcastle United Jets – Adelaide United 1:0
20-year-old Ben Kantarovski started and played until the 52nd minute for Newcastle while Spase Dilevski was not called up by Adelaide.

Australia, A-League, Sydney – Wellington Phoenix 0:1
Goalkeeper Ivan Necevski played from the start for Sydney and conceded one goal.

Austria, Bundesliga, Admira – Mattersburg 0:1
Midfielder Emin Sulimani was not called up by Admira because of an injury while his younger brother Benjamin Sulimani played all 90 minutes for the home side.

England, Championship, Watford – Southampton 0:3
20-year-old Alexander Kacaniklic started for Watford in left midfield and played until the 79th minute when he was replaced by Chris Iwelumo.

Germany, Bundesliga, Werder – Nürnberg 0:1
Allrounder Aleksandar Ignjovski started on Werder’s bench and entered the match in the 65th minute substituting Tom Trybull as his team suffered a disappointing home loss.

Switzerland, Axpo Super League, Grasshoppers – Lausanne 0:0
Centre forward Orhan Mustafi came on in the 88th minute for Grasshopper replacing Izet Hajrović.  Grasshoppers is in 7th position of the Axpo Super League.

Turkey, Süper Lig, Samsunspor – Bursaspor 0:3

Serdar Aziz played all 90 minutes for Bursaspor and also received a yellow card in the 36th minute.
