Pelister without coach, Vardar with new president

altNaum Ljamcevski (once again) resigned from Pelister, Vardar (once again) got new president.

Naum Ljamcevski, Pelister’s manager, along with coaches Gjoko Ilijovski and Branko Dukoski, resigned from Pelister’s staff. They are not satisfied with the constant late salary payment, not adequate new players brought in, after best players from last season left the club, bad off-season preparations and no mini-preparations during the season, no proper medical examinations, selective payment… These are just a part of the things they have listed as reasons for their stepping down from the club in the media announcement they sent and wished Pelister all the best in the future.

This is a very bad sign for Pelister, as Naum Ljamcevski was very close to Pelister’s president Vanco Atanasov. Once Atanasov entered the club, he immediately returned Ljamcevski on the manager position, but now he is facing new problems with the club and a possible substitution is still not named.

Setinov no longer Vardar president   alt
Meanwhile, Vardar has new president once again. Dragi Setinov is no longer in the club and so-far general secretary Miso Majstorovic will take the position before officially naming new president. These news arrived just before the trial in which former Vardar sponsor, Slobodan Vujčić “Braco” has pressed charges for an allegedly not legitimate board meeting. Vardar are currently last on the table.
