Although he was reported to have picked up a minor injury yesterday, Goran Pandev has recovered and will start today’s game against Chievo.

Several Italian newspapers reported than Pandev picked up a knock in training and was doubtful for today’s game.  However, Pandev has recovered and will start today’s game as the Napoli manager has made many changes to his starting lineup.  He will rest several key attackers such as Edinson Cavani, Marek Hamšík, and Ezequiel Lavezzi so Pandev will have a chance to impress during today’s game against Chievo.  Napoli must be focused and not have a letdown after an impressive 3:1 victory over Milan this past Sunday.  The match against Chievo will start at 20:45 CET.
