Pacovski saved two penalties

Tome Pacovski saved two penalties for Beerschot to help his team advance to the next round of the Belgian Cup.

It was not easy, Beerschot was made to work but they barely got past lower division side Mouscron Péruwelz.  It was 1:1 after 120 minutes so it went into extra time where Beerschot won 4:3 on penalties.  Pacovski saved two penalties, one in extra time and one during the penalty shoot-out.

Pacovski played the entire game for Beerschot and conceded a goal early in the 4th minute when the visitors scored with a header.  Beerschot scored the equalizer in the 2nd half and the game would end 1:1 after 90 minutes.  Then, in extra time, Pacovski committed a foul inside the area and the referee pointed to the spot.  Tome was given a yellow card for the foul but he came up big by saving the penalty so the game went into penalty kicks.

Both teams scored on their first attempt, each club shot over the goal on their second attempt, both squads converted on the next two attempts so it was 3:3 after four penalty kick takers.  Then, Pacovski saved his second penalty to keep it 3:3 before one of his teammates converted a penalty to send Beerschot to the next round of the competition.
